What to Expect on the Day

Join us for a fantastic mix of activities tailored to help you unwind and re-energise:

  • Guided Nordic Walking: Enjoy an invigorating walk, suitable for all fitness levels. If you’re new to Nordic Walking, you’ll pick up the technique quickly!

  • Mindful Breathwork: I’ll guide you through functional, calming and energising breathwork exercises to help you feel more grounded and present.

  • Gentle Stretching: Ease your body with movements designed to release tension and improve flexibility.

  • Shared Moments: There will be plenty of time to connect with like-minded individuals and simply unwind in nature’s embrace.

This day is a perfect opportunity to step away from the everyday, soak up some fresh air, and boost your energy. Whether you’re looking to deepen your mindful movement practice or simply enjoy a day outdoors, you are most welcome.

Key Details

  • Meeting Point: Theydon Bois Station on the Central Line. There are regular tubes from Stratford Station. If you’re driving, there’s a car park at the station. (The car park is open 24/7, and payment is cashless, handled through an app.)

  • Meeting Time: 10:20 AM latest for a 10:30 AM start. 

  • Finish Time: Approximately 2:30 PM. 
  • The Trail: The route is around 7-8 miles long on easily accessible paths suitable for all skill levels. We’ll move at a pace that works for everyone in the group, and there will be an option to shorten or lengthen the distance

What to Bring

  • Packed lunch and snacks. We’ll be stopping in nature to eat, so please bring what you need and enough water to drink.

  • Comfortable shoes that you have worn before.

  • Layers of clothing. Autumn weather can be changeable, so I recommend wearing layers you can adjust. A waterproof jacket is also highly recommended. If the weather prevents us from walking, I will reschedule to the second weekend of October.

  • Nordic Walking Poles: Bring your own or let me know if you need a set of poles.

Who Can Join?

Absolutely everyone is welcome! Come as you are – no prior experience with Nordic Walking or breathwork is necessary. This day is about enjoyment, connection, and feeling good in nature.
