Join us each month for a moment of quiet stillness with online restorative yoga and breathwork. This is a chance to deeply relax, unwind, and soothe your nervous system from the comfort of your own home. Using props to support your body, you will hold gentle poses that allow you to fully release tension and restore your energy.

What to Prepare

A quiet, warm space where you won’t be disturbed.

Comfortable clothing (layers are good) and a pair of socks.

A yoga mat, a blanket or two, and a couple of cushions or pillows.

Props: A bolster or towels you can roll up; blocks or big books; a Yoga strap or scarf, an eye bag can be useful or an extra scarf you can drape over your eyes.
