Médea Vaczy
A wonderful friend and colleague based in SE London, Médea is a devoted Yoga teacher and massage therapist whose teaching style is rooted in awareness, compassion, and clarity. She offers down-to-earth, accessible classes focused on safe alignment, strength, and mobility to help students prevent and heal pains from everyday life, cultivate body awareness and confidence in movement.
Alongside her expertise in Yoga, and Massage, Médea is currently training to become a counsellor, deepening her skills in supporting emotional as well as physical wellbeing. She also leads a weekly Mummy and Baby Walk and Talk community group in Greenwich Park.
I’m thrilled to collaborate with Médea, especially on retreats, where we combine our shared passion for nurturing body, mind, and spirit.
Günther Bisges
Günther is a cherished friend and highly respected Feldenkrais practitioner and teacher of international repute. With decades of experience, he leads workshops worldwide and sees clients in his private practice in London.
I highly recommend Günther for his expert knowledge of movement and his exceptional ability to help individuals cultivate greater body awareness and ease in their movement.
Nicki O'Clarey
Nicki is a long-time friend and much-valued colleague with whom I shared many years of study and work.
She brings deep experience and a compassionate, whole-person approach to her practice combining Structural Integration, Scar Therapy and Pilates-based exercise. Nicki is also a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT) and offers specialist support for people living with or recovering from cancer.
Her work is informed by both science and traditional naturopathic therapies to support the body with the necessary nutrients and movement that stimulate innate healing and well-being.

Teena Antia
Teena is a valued colleague and HCPC-registered Dramatherapist, working with adults and young people across NHS, community, educational, and private settings in the UK and India.
Her practice is grounded in a psychodynamic and trauma-informed approach, integrating drama and movement to support expression beyond words. She offers a collaborative, non-judgemental space for those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, addiction, and personality-related difficulties, as well as those who feel stuck, curious, or are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.
Teena has particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and works with clients exploring challenges around body image, identity, and eating. Her practice is inclusive of LGBTQ+ identities and experiences, with a focus on identity, attachment, relationships, and belonging.
