It’s particularly helpful for women postpartum or those experiencing pelvic floor concerns.

Scar Care focuses on the healing and treatment of scars, particularly those resulting from surgeries, childbirth, or injuries. Through a combination of breathwork, gentle movements, and hands-on techniques (both from me and ones I’ll teach you), this therapy helps release tension, improve mobility, and restore sensation around scar tissue. It also eases discomfort and promotes healing. In addition to the physical benefits, Scar Care can address the emotional connection to scars, enhancing both physical and mental well-being.

 

No, all the therapies I offer are non-invasive. You remain fully clothed during the sessions, and the techniques used are gentle and focused on promoting natural healing and movement.

For Core Vitality™, a small ball is required to support your practice. I provide this ball for you to use during your sessions and for home practice.
