1. Introduction
Welcome to Body Orchestra. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Body Orchestra, including movement coaching, therapeutic bodywork, and any related offerings.
2. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance through the provided booking system or via direct communication.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Packages and multi-session bookings must be used within the specified timeframe and are non-transferable.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
In the event of an emergency, please contact me directly to discuss options.
4. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before participating in any session.
Participation is at the client’s own risk, and it is their responsibility to ensure they are fit to take part.
If you experience any discomfort or adverse effects during a session, you should inform the practitioner immediately.
5. Liability
Body Orchestra is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after sessions.
The information provided in sessions is for educational and therapeutic purposes and does not replace professional medical advice.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected through bookings and communications will be handled in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing services and managing bookings.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
