Receive personalised support from the comfort of your home. Online sessions are ideal for addressing:

Each session is tailored to your goals, whether you’re seeking guidance for recovery, improving movement, or enhancing overall well-being.

- £80 for 60 minutes
- £90 for 75 minutes
- £100 for 90 minutes
Group Classes
Explore group classes in Pilates, Yoga, Nordic Walking and Core Vitality™ for Women. These classes are designed to enhance your well-being through mindful movements, release and breathwork, and functional exercises. I also integrate insights from my manual therapy practice to promote balanced movement and body awareness.
Recordings: All mat-based and online classes are recorded and available to revisit and use for catch-ups for 7 days.
Missed Classes Policy: No refunds for missed classes. However, where possible, catch-up sessions will be offered.
Pricing
- Online Classes: £14 drop-in, £12 per class for term bookings.
- Face-to-Face Pilates: £16 drop-in, £14 per class for term bookings.
- Core Vitality™ for Women: £90 for 6-week term – includes a soft ball to take home.
- Nordic Walking: £13 (own poles) / £15 (pole hire) per session; discounted term bookings.
- Monthly Restorative Yoga (Autumn/Winter): £16 per session or £14 per class when booked in blocks.

This work is extremely useful in profound ways: by increasing options for movement and by refining awareness so that the body can be felt in new and enhanced ways. As a result, pain, athletic performance, daily movements and well-being, can all improve. The emphasises of this work centers on the human interaction between practitioner and client so the WHOLE person is seen, heard and helped.

Together we work progressively towards YOUR goals with a series of sessions: the 'short MOT' consists of 3 sessions and the 'in-depth MOT' consists of 12 sessions. On each visit we address a different part of the body, both superficially and deep.
Ideally, there is a break of one to two weeks between sessions for you to integrate the treatments: breaking old habits and exploring new movements and postural patterns instead. There is the option to get homework exercises that will support your process.

Active Fascial Release gives you the opportunity to be engaged in your own treatment, helping you understand and thereby enhance the treatment outcome and ultimately educate yourself about the wonderful interrelationships through your whole body.

Forms & First Visit Information
- Therapeutic Bodywork Forms: When booking your first treatment session, you’ll be guided to complete a health form as part of the booking process.
- Movement Coaching (PAR-Q): For your first class, I’ll send you a link to a PAR-Q form to assess readiness and ensure your sessions are safe.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email detailing what to bring to in-person sessions/classes or have ready for online sessions/classes, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your appointment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is retained (50% fee).
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% fee applies.
- Full fee charged for missed appointments.
- Arriving late means we will need to keep to the scheduled slot, and the full appointment fee will stand.
Refund Policy:
- In the event of a refund, this will be credited to your bank account, less a 20% administration fee.
- No refunds are issued after a service has been received.
Payment Due & Options
- Payments Due: Payments are due at the time of service or class.
- Accepted Payments: Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash.
- Process: Payments are processed securely online or in person.
