You can easily book a discovery call through my website or by reaching out via my contact form.
What if I have an injury or health concern – can I still participate?
Yes, I work with adults of all abilities and health conditions. If you have an injury or health concern, please let me know before your session so I can tailor the experience to your specific needs.
It’s important to consult with your GP or healthcare provider for medical advice alongside any therapeutic sessions.
Health and Safety: If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of COVID-19, flu, or any other infectious illness, please stay home and reschedule your appointment for the safety of yourself and others.
Do you offer group classes or just one-on-one sessions?
I offer both group classes and one-on-one sessions. Group classes are great for a sense of community and motivation, while one-on-one sessions allow for personalised attention and tailored support.
How soon will I see results?
Many clients notice improvements after their first session, while others experience more gradual changes over a few sessions. The timeline depends on your body’s response, the specific issues being addressed and what you do after and in-between sessions.
How often should I book?
The frequency of sessions depends on your individual goals and needs. Some clients benefit from regular sessions, while others prefer occasional check-ins. We can discuss the best schedule during your discovery call or first session.
Can I combine different therapies (e.g., Pilates and Bodywork)?
Yes! I offer an integrative approach that combines therapies, movements and breathwork to support your unique needs. During a discovery call or consultation, we can discuss how different therapies can work together to help you reach your goals.
If you’re receiving care from other professionals or attending classes with other teachers or coaches, I’m happy to collaborate with your therapists, teachers, or coaches to ensure your care is integrated and tailored to support your overall well-being.

Do you only treat women?
No, while I specialise in women’s health, I welcome and work with adults of all genders, ages, cultures, beliefs, races, sexualities, abilities, and social or economic backgrounds. My focus is on providing inclusive care that’s tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and health journey.
I do not work with children – see below for more detail.
Do you treat children?
I do not treat children. My training and experience are focused on working with adults, whose bodies and needs differ significantly from those of children. For this reason, I believe that children are best supported by specialists in pediatric care, who are equipped to provide age-appropriate treatment and guidance.
