In the world of therapeutic bodywork, the goal is often to find greater ease and freedom of movement. At Body Orchestra, I believe this can be achieved by tuning in to your body’s unique rhythms and connections. To help you on your journey, I offer two distinct but related modalities: Structural Integration and Advanced Myofascial Therapy.

Both of these powerful approaches share a similar lineage and use many of the same core principles and techniques. What makes the work truly unique is how I bring my own insights and experiences from years of movement coaching, breathwork, and bodywork to every session. In both cases, you are an active participant in the session. I combine hands-on work with guided movements and breathwork to help re-educate your nervous system and support your body’s innate wisdom.

What is Structural Integration for?

Think of Structural Integration as “Whole Body Tuning.” This is a comprehensive, holistic approach designed for those seeking a long-term solution for improved movement, posture, and overall function.

Structural Integration works systematically over a series of sessions (a 3-session “Short Tuning” or a 12-session “In-Depth Tuning”) to address the root causes of discomfort and imbalance across your entire body. The goal is to improve the relationships between different body parts so your body can be more dynamic, resilient, and move with greater ease in its daily life.

  • This is for you if: You have chronic postural issues, feel out of balance, or are looking for a lasting, holistic transformation in your body’s structure.

What is Advanced Myofascial Therapy for?

Advanced Myofascial Therapy is a targeted approach designed to help you with specific areas of chronic pain, tension, and limited movement.

This modality uses a focused method to work with the underlying fascial and nervous system connections in a specific area. It aims to refine your proprioception (your sense of where your body is in space) and expand your movement options in that area. While it may require a few sessions to achieve the best results, it is not a full-body series like Structural Integration.

  • This is for you if: You have localized pain (such as in your neck, shoulders, or hips) and want a powerful, focused treatment to alleviate tension and improve movement in that specific area.

Ultimately, both modalities are about helping you feel more at home in your body. To learn more about the specifics of each of these therapies, visit my Therapeutic Bodywork page. The best way to know which path is right for you is to book a Discovery Call to discuss your unique goals.
