Rather than simply ‘fixing’ you, my role is to guide and support you in integrating key elements that facilitate your overall wellness. My goal is to empower you with the tools and awareness you need to move better, feel more at ease, and experience lasting improvements in your health and well-being.
Hands-On Therapeutic Bodywork
I offer Advanced Fascial Techniques, Structural Integration, and Scar Therapy to address pain, improve movement, refine body awareness, and support recovery. Treatments are designed to release restrictions and tension, improve tissue flexibility, and promote overall body balance. Movement coaching can also be incorporated, blending therapies with targeted strategies to address specific concerns.

Personalised Movement Coaching
I provide both 1-to-1 sessions and group classes in Pilates, Yoga, and Nordic Walking. Whether you prefer individual guidance or a group environment, my sessions are tailored to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness according to your unique needs.
Breathwork
Breathwork is an essential part of my approach, helping to manage stress, enhance movement, and foster body awareness. By integrating techniques like Functional Breathing and Coherent Breathing, we can reduce tension, improve emotional balance, and support overall well-being. Hypopressives adds a specialised focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core, making it an excellent addition to postnatal care, surgery recovery and core health.
Women's Health
My Core Vitality™ programme focuses on pelvic floor and abdominal care, especially addressing scars and restrictions. Through a combination of specialised massage, movements, breathwork, and exercises - including Hypopressives - it enhances core function, eases discomfort, and boosts vitality. Designed to help women feel more connected, comfortable, and confident—particularly post-surgery and during times of change—this programme also includes educational support to empower women with self-care practices and knowledge about their bodies.

Getting to Know Me
I’m here to help you feel more connected, confident, and at ease in your body, without the pressure to be perfect or follow rigid rules.
When I’m not working or studying, I’m probably practicing a new language, swimming somewhere outdoors, enjoying a good book, or savoring a delicious meal. I find inspiration in nature, photography, music, dance, art, movies, and travel, and I love spending time with friends and family, and our family cat, who always brings a smile to my face!
How My Own Journey Shapes My Work
In the late 90s, I had a successful corporate career but struggled with tension that led to movement restrictions and, eventually, pain. Despite my love for dancing and hiking, I was disconnected from my body and unaware of my breathing. It wasn’t until a physiotherapist introduced me to Pilates that things changed. Pilates transformed not only my career but my life. From there, I explored and embraced Yoga, Somatics, bodywork therapies, and, during a serious health scare, breathwork—each revealing the transformative power of these practices.
Motivated by these experiences, I pursued in-depth studies to gain expertise in these areas, allowing me to offer meaningful support to others. This journey has deepened my understanding of the importance of truly listening to, seeing, and working with each individual.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping you feel at home in your body—offering relief, support, and empowerment for your health and well-being.

Having started my own bodywork journey in 2000, I bring a unique blend of movement, breathwork, and manual therapy expertise.
My training includes Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, Advanced Myofascial Techniques, and Scar Therapy, alongside qualifications in Pilates, Yoga, Hypopressives, Functional Breathing, Nordic Walking, Somatic Movement, and Dance Science (MSc). This diverse skill set allows me to tailor sessions to your body’s unique needs. I’m committed to continuous learning to deepen my knowledge and refine my approach.
Having worked in physiotherapy clinics, women’s health practices, and sports & wellness centres, I’ve helped clients regain ease, reduce pain, and rediscover confidence in their bodies. By combining movement expertise with a deep understanding of anatomy and teaching, I’ll help you connect the dots—so you can feel, understand, and embody lasting change.
