Hatha Yoga Flow with Core Focus
Static poses or dynamic flow, always offering space and time to discover the practice in your own body, following your breath - making it YOUR Yoga. Moving at a pace that allows you to explore postures for yourself.
With a focus on dynamic core work you can gain support for a centered and grounded practice, enabling you to transfer the core awareness and support into your daily life.
The class has a somatic emphasis not only on postures, but also the spaces and movements between them inviting reflection and discovery - a chance to connect a strong, relaxed body and mind.
Restorative Yoga by Candlelight
A deeply restful and rejuvenating class
Soothing and well-supported poses will offer the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savour the simple sweetness of life. The postures are supported by blankets, blocks and bolsters and are held for several minutes at a time.
A monthly class to relax and breathe, to rest deeply and completely, leaving you centered, connected, nourished and rejuvenated.
All levels. The ultimate unwind. Includes 30 minute relaxation.
Women's Health
Women's health has always been close to my heart and in my work I aim to support both physical and emotional health for women. Most of my classes are tailored for women, often with specific advice to support women's health.

Mindfulness & Breath
Mindfulness and Breath practices are part of every class - in stillness & in movement
Whenever we bring awareness to what we are directly experiencing via our senses, or to our state of mind via our thoughts and emotions, we are being mindful. When we practice mindfulness, we tune into what we are sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.
We all have the innate ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us. While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it is more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis.
Mindfulness is not obscure nor exotic. It is familiar to us because it is what we already do, how we already are. It takes many shapes and goes by many names. We will explore various meditation techniques and other practices such as yoga nidra, restorative yoga and breath awareness.
Breath
I have always worked with the breath and in 2021 my own health needs made me explore and study the breath more deeply with the Breathing School at The Shale in London. I can personally testify to the healing powers of the breath. Working with the breath is a unique experience and one of the most natural and effective self-healing systems available to each of us.
Workshops
I offer workshops - face-to-face and online - that target particular areas of the body with the aim to improve body awareness, release tension, create freedom of movement, develop strength and improve overall well-being. Topics include:
- Relax Your Neck, Liberate Your Shoulders
- Pelvic Floor
- Beat Back Pain
- Self-care with Ball-Massage and Breath Practices
- and others ....
Each workshop teaches easy to follow practices, exercises and simple adjustments to your daily activities that fit into a busy life. Contact me for details of the next workshop or if you are interested in hosting a workshop in your area.
Testimonials
Ramona's Pilates classes are not your ordinary Pilates. She combines her in depth knowledge of Pilates with her additional skills to maximise the benefits of all the traditional Pilates moves and more. You're never wondering if your performing the moves right as she moves with ease around the class to support you, and her description of anatomy and guidance when you're moving builds your own body awareness. An awareness which you take with you out of the class room and into your everyday movements.
Ramona is not you average Pilates instructor, you really feel your body working together, like an orchestra in itself.

Testimonials
Thank you so much Ramona for my first Yoga class. I really enjoyed it. I knew I was stiff, and it was just lovely to unwind and become more fluid and mobile! It's amazing how you managed to make the class both challenging and also very relaxing.

I have benefited so much from your classes and the individual sessions I have had with you. I think one of the most important lessons you have taught me is to distinguish between "ok discomfort" and "not-ok pain". Before I attended your classes these 2 forms of discomfort and sometimes debilitating pain were muddled. The effect of this for me was to try and ignore it, or give into it and not ask my body to work for me. What you have given me is contact with my body again. I love the different ways you help me/us think about what is going on with the movements and some of the imagining you help us do. You have such a brilliant way of ‘enabling’.

Testimonials
Just wanted to say thanks for last night's class. I've been struggling with lower and upper back difficulties for some time. Last night's series of exercises really helped, and I've noticed this morning just how more flexible and agile I feel. Thank you very much.
