This nurturing 75-minute session is designed especially for women in midlife, offering simple, practical tools to support your pelvic floor, ease tension, and foster a deeper sense of connection and resilience.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Gentle awareness practices to connect with your pelvic floor

  • We demystify the core and pelvic floor, and explore why they matter in midlife

  • Breathwork and mindful movement to ease tension, build resilience, and foster connection (done seated, lying down, and on all fours—perfect for tired bodies and minds)

  • Everyday tools and tips: breathing cues, postural awareness, and self-care ideas

  • Time for questions, reflection, and support

What you’ll need:

  • A pair of bunched-up socks

  • A firm stool or chair surface to sit on

  • A quiet space where you can move, lie down, and relax

Besides those no special experience required—just bring yourself, a little curiosity, and a moment for self-care.
