We demystify the core and pelvic floor, and explore why they matter in midlife
Breathwork and mindful movement to ease tension, build resilience, and foster connection (done seated, lying down, and on all fours—perfect for tired bodies and minds)
Everyday tools and tips: breathing cues, postural awareness, and self-care ideas
Time for questions, reflection, and support
What you’ll need:
A pair of bunched-up socks
A firm stool or chair surface to sit on
A quiet space where you can move, lie down, and relax
Besides those no special experience required—just bring yourself, a little curiosity, and a moment for self-care.
